At Spiral Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your alternative fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit or you've changed your mind, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print your generated return label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old postage marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
